After being told by a local so called locksmith that my patio door lock was obsolete and that the door would need extensive modification to allow fitting of a 'New' lock I did a internet search purely on the name of the lock manufacturer no other details available. In less than 2 minutes I was on the Discount Locks web page and from the information supplied able to identify the actual lock required and that they had stock and at a very sensible realistic price. An order was placed and the item arrived within 36 hrs of order placement together with the offer of full refund if the lock was incorrect an offer not needed to be taken up as the lock fitted without problem. Great service with an offer of good aftercare. Would recommend to anyone.

the lock arrived quick after i submitted the order. Was disappointed that there was no screws with the lock, and i had to source screws from somewhere else which took time as they are a strange thread.
