This deadbolt system is for use on the vast majority of up and over garage doors. Locking can be from inside or out and will suit doors of up to 38mm in thickness. The product is designed for universal fitting, and variable adjustments can be achieved by the ways the components included are used. The product allows for the wide variation in manufacturing design and fitting of garage doors. In situations where a horizontal fit is not possible, the product can be fitted vertically to the garage floor with the same security. Although ideal for wooden doorframes the product will give extra security to metal frames or situations where there is no substantial framework.

Would have given a top rating if I could have fitted it direct to my metal garage door. However I had to cut part of the door edge away to facilitate the locks. Once fitted however they provide a secure lock up.

Excellent product. Easy to fit (with the correct sized drills) The locks come as a pair and can be fitted in different parts of your door. I used them to secure the 2 doors of my double garage. They look good from the outside and the mechanism has 2 positions for the 70mm dead bolt. Comes with 3, star type quadruple edged keys that only fit one way.

Very good and heavyweight construction, pleased with product. However Instructions a little vague. Wanting to fit to metal door, but has bracing down the side, which needs to be cut away, no mention this may be necessary. Pesumably similar with wooden door.

Good quality and very robust locks with clear installation instructions.
A self adhesive template for the holes that need to be drilled in the door would make them product perfect.
