Avocet Latch and 3 Deadbolt 4 Roller Lever Operated Multipoint Lock 35mm Backset

Avocet locks were previously known as KMB or WMS and have no markings on the faceplate.

Original designs did not have a small compensator box underneath the deadbolt

Backset - 35mm
Centres - 92/62mm
Faceplate - 16mm Flat
Spindle - 8mm Double
Distance between outer rollers - 1590mm
Distance between inner rollers - 383mm
Distance between outer deadbolts - 1400mm

• Latch reversal - depending on model either undo hexagonal screw on side of lock case to remove latch or undo screw in centre of latch to remove. Reverse and reinsert.

I was quoted 200 plus VAT to fix a broken UPVc door locking mechanism. That was too expensive for me and so I looked for one on the web. Discount Locks came up trumps, the part was delivered as requested and I was able to mend the door myself, saving about 150 in the process. Thank you.
