While the original part being delivered was the wrong item, the customer service to rectify the error was faultless and more than compensated for the error. I was kept informed throughout the redelivery of the correct item and everything happened when I was told it would. Very well done and I would recommend Discount Locks to anybody as mistakes can and do happen.

A replacement oval cylinder lock that was easy to install and of very good quality. Would recommend the product to others.
