I order the lock by telephone. The man who took my order was very helpful and I was suprised when the correct device, with the additional keys that i had requested, arrived the next afternoon. A first class service.

I have just fitted a replacement lock from discount locks and it is exactly what I wanted. The company were very helpful on the phone, and the lock arrived in the next day morning post. Excellent service, Thank you.
