Had to 'phone to liven things up - delivery of item seemed to have disappeared! On receipt of same (next day as promised) labels showed item that had travelled all round England - could have been carriers fault, I suppose.

Absolutely appalling service Charged VAT on delivery despite no mention on web site. Also found same item for £16.95 including VAT with £3.95 delivery. I am considering refering the matter to trading standards for the vat on delivery issue

I purchased this lock to replace a friends patio door lock for a property in France, as it was an old door (approx. 20 years) it was a problem finding a lock that would fit, after much searching Discount Locks came to the rescue having now fitted the lock successfully without having to `butcher` the door as the lock fitted into the exsiting `holes`my friend is now a Happy Bunny and his property is now secure thanks to a very reasonbly priced secure product, Thank You Discount Locks.
