Endeavored to purchase lock as above, incorrect item turned up, then phoned and was told to go online again and register the fault with the delivery I beleive this is a bad policy for a customer to have been delivered the incorrect goods and then being effectively asked to recetify the problem, rather rhan explaining on the phone, equally when online putting in the detail of the problem the web site then informs me that it could be upto 7days to deliver the correct goods !!! They actually turned up in 24hrs !!
