When my son's bedroom door handle system failed I thought I would have a great problem fixing as it was really old. But it was so easy finding your website and a very good alternative product, saving me having to replace the complete door. Fantastic service and a very good product. Will use you again.

This hard to find lock was dispatched the same day, and arrived one day later. It fitted perfectly! I was very impressed by the helpful, friendly staff who helped me measure the original and order the correct latch. I will certainly use this firm again.
