My old deadlocking front door nightlatch had broken in the morning and I live in rural Mid Wales far from any suitable shop to get a replacement lock. I ordered a new lock that afternoon online from Discount Locks. Imagine my surprise and delight when my new lock arrived the next morning by post and I fitted in within the hour. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Brilliant service! Ian Gomm
