I have received my delivery but my item is damaged.
 
If you have received your delivery and any items are damaged you must notify us in writing by sending an email to damages@discountlocks.co.uk. Please attach with the email photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).

Please also copy and paste the form below into the email and update the form with the correct information. Delete where appropriate.

Please note, products that have been specially adapted or customised cannot be returned. (For example locks that have been keyed alike)
